Telegram Channel Partnerships Associate

Talk with Telegram channel owners every day, and help them grow and earn with Onflow Ads.

What you'll do

  • Find Telegram channels that fit Onflow Ads, in many topics, languages and regions.
  • Check each channel first. It must be public, and its topic must be one we allow. We do not accept channels about gambling, adult content, illegal drugs, weapons, scams and the other topics in our rules.
  • Write to channel owners with a short, honest message about what Onflow Ads offers them.
  • Explain the five engines (ways to grow) in plain words, from swapping posts (Cross-Promotion) to sponsored polls (Pulse).
  • Help owners get started: open a free account, make @onflowadsbot an admin of their channel, and add the channel on the website.
  • Send people to the website and the guide for everything else. Sign-up and payments happen only on onflowads.com. Support is on the website or by email to support@onflowads.com, never in a Telegram chat or a direct message.
  • Follow up, keep a clear record of every conversation, and report your numbers each week.
  • Bring owners' questions and ideas back to the team.

Your first 90 days

  1. Month 1: learn every engine and how a channel owner uses each one. Build your first list of channels, and send your first messages.
  2. Month 2: help your first channel owners sign up and add their channels. Find out where owners say yes most often, by topic and by region.
  3. Month 3: focus on what works, keep a steady routine of outreach and follow-ups, and share what owners ask for most.
  4. By day 90: a growing group of channel owners know you, and you know what they need.

Who we're looking for

  • You use Telegram every day, and you know how channels, admins and channel ads work.
  • Experience in outreach, community work, partnerships or sales.
  • You are polite and patient, and you never pressure anyone.
  • You keep a clear record of who you talked to and what comes next.
  • You protect people's trust: you never ask anyone for a password, a login code or a payment.
  • A computer, a phone and a steady internet connection.

Nice to have

  • You run a Telegram channel, or you have run one.
  • You already know channel owners in a topic or a region.
  • More languages: each one opens more channels to you.
  • Experience with ad deals between Telegram channels.

Tools you'll use

  • Telegram, on your phone and your computer.
  • The Onflow Ads website and your account pages.
  • @onflowadsbot: you show owners how to add it to their channel.
  • The Onflow Ads guide at docs.onflowads.com.
  • A shared spreadsheet or a CRM (a tool that keeps track of contacts) for your conversations.

How we work

  • Remote: you work from where you live.
  • Flexible hours: you plan your own day. We ask when you can be online at the same time as us, so we can find good times to talk.
  • Languages: our website and guide are in English, so you need clear written English. Every other language you speak helps you reach more people.
  • How we communicate: by Telegram and email, with a call when that is quicker.
