Questions people ask
Are these roles remote?
Yes. Every role is remote. You work from where you live, and you plan your own hours.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes. Pick every role that suits you, and mark one as your main choice. You answer a few questions for each role you pick, and one short question about how you would handle a real task, for your main choice.
What do I need to apply?
About 8–10 minutes, an email address, your CV as a PDF file of up to 10 MB, and your Telegram username. Your answers are saved on this device while you fill in the form, so you can stop and come back later. Your CV is not saved, so add it again when you come back.
What happens after I apply?
You get a confirmation email, and we review your application. If your experience fits the role, we contact you by email or Telegram for a short call. Then comes a small trial task, and then our decision. The trial task can be paid or unpaid, and we tell you which before you start. We do not give fixed dates for these steps.
What about pay?
We do not list pay for these roles. The form asks how much you expect each month, and how you would like to be paid. We ask only to help us plan. Your answer is not a job offer. It is not a promise from you or from us.
What happens to my CV and answers?
We email your answers and your CV to our hiring team. They read them in our careers inbox. When that email arrives, we delete the copy on our website. Our careers privacy notice explains it all.
How can I tell that a message is really from you?
Applying is free, and we never ask applicants to pay anything. No one from Onflow Ads will ever ask you for a password or a login code. If a message about your application asks for money, a password or a code, it is not from us. When we write about your application, we use your reference number. You get it when you send your application. If you are not sure, write to support@onflowads.com.
